They can't dilute without raising the AS again. Atm the maximum post split AS would be about 1.5 mil shares. They can't just go boom 5 million without announcing it. That would be illegal and sueable.

If you read the PR you'll see that there doing a rs then increasing shares to 3 billion. That was released on March 9th.
