Dilution has been minimal and has not been the 20 million in 3 weeks you keep posting. It was done prior to that I've watched l2 everyday there has been almost none since.
Whatarush and l spoke today and he confirmed to me that he talked to the co. and there will be no dillution, the cost, data studies, and clinical trials are already complete. Liscensing agreements will be released through upcoming PR's. Oh and the annual report will be for 2016 year end but no current filings. Pretty farn awesome if you say so yourself oh myself.
