Question remains whether there is other toxic debt out there and how much traditional debt is owed.

Only way to find out is that 10-K.

I highly doubt that. Let's see what the 10-K shows and how much money disappeared and how many millions were lost in 2016.

I'm thinking over 3 million.

And the 1.7M "spent" on consultants to peddle MYDX junk will not return jack.
