That 5 year warrant could well be what's been keeping us down, but ask yourself...
Why would anyone want to buy shares of a scam?
If anything tell me why that's not a GOOD THING for us in that regard.
A) gives us a reason for what we are witnessing
B) shows there is value seen
C) shows what's been said is being done which bodes well for the next 5 weeks.
D) shows the EFFORT to make them happy with a low entry...
Screw us shareholders in the meantime yea I get it...
But in 5 weeks or so we will know why theyve been exercising that option all this time.
5 weeks is mid May - latest possible time in my opinion to wait without saying a thing.
Not latest LEGAL time - some argue that's passed... but latest time that a shareholder can explain away the obfuscation.
May 31 is a year PUBLICALLY traded, and if NASDAQ is the true goal then thats a final potential requirement not met.
Another reason for this LARGE DELAY (assuming this warrant is being executed) is that it hasnt filled yet and they know when the news comes out these prices are gone...
Who knows, but there is a reason we are seeing what we are seeing, and nobody here can say that there aren't some very interested parties with all the volume added up since MAY.
The sale of PIXEL looks to me like a seller who wanted alot more than the buyer wanted to pay, and this is a way (again assuming PIXEL is = or > than TEXTURE) for them to get that money and for both parties to eat.
