I called their investor relations number. They will confirm Earnings Report for Q1 is 45 days after March 31.

Also they will release PR regarding their non core asset sale as soon as it is completed. This will be used to pay off debt, and will be much bigger news than the last one. This news will most likely hit before Q1 report.

Additionally, they have new contracts this year that they have not released PR's about due to agreements with the companies. These will be reflected in the earnings report.

All of this can be confirmed just by contacting the company and asking about investor relations.

Just don't sound like a crazed penny stock shareholder when you reach out to them.
