Thanks for the info. I spoke with the IR lady (Judy) last week and she mentioned the same things you noted.

I think the asset sale will really move the needle and they are waiting to release that and other contract news before doing the RS. The shorts and debt holders know this and they are trying to spook the retail shareholders in to selling. Do't be fooled!
