Hartman is expecting the Demand to grow bigger thus the funding in Place !

Shrewd move by Hartman to have the financing close by end of March. The end of year filing (10-K) won't show it but the next quarterly filing (10-Q) coming out in May will. Revenue and a balance sheet with assets on the books is a big step for forward for BIEI
