They say 10 days because the financing just became solidified and Hartman was waiting to include something in the CEO letter as a result of the financing. Big PO with a contingency of having X product on hand or the funds to do so? Highly possible, CEO letter would of already been released if there was nothing else to include, why wait a week and a half? We'll find out soon enough:)
