There are two interesting points here.

1) Not surprisingly, we have seen several filings since the latest financing. Clearly the shares were issued, primarily, if not exclusively, to institutional buyers who may have wished to avoid taking that big a stake through open-market purchases.

2) At 4.77%, Lumira is not REQUIRED to file a 13-G. They WANT the market to know they are in long.

AUPH is clearly becoming an institutional stock. One can assume that these institutions are not in AUPH from $6.50 to sell at 7.50 or in a couple months - they are almost certainly long term investors looking for a multi-bag return.
