Each officer is making more than $150k living EXPENSE FREE in Dubai, a VERY expensive city in southeast Asia (one of the most expensive). Peter Smith's rent alone cost the company massively. See note 4) below.
(4) This $133,718 represents personal rent on Mr. Smith’s Dubai apartment, which was paid in cash by the Company.
This was in addition to his six figure salary. Whether converted into shares or taken in cash, he still gets the equivalent of over 350k a year.
Do you know of any major exchange companies that pay like this that make less than $1.5 mil revenues and also very importantly (NOT profit) per year?
No...
Amazon (trillion dollar company), Google (trillion dollar company) and Yahoo (billion dollar company) -None of them pay anything near that. They pay 15%-20% locality pay (cost of living allowance) for overseas assignments plus normal salary (which isn't anywhere near $150,000) and a 10-12% bonus of base pay is pretty standard.
$GEQU makes less than $1.5 mil per year and they pay over $300k in salary and benefits to each of their officers. There is a reason they trade where they trade and it starts with the basics.
