This was in addition to his six figure salary. Whether converted into shares or taken in cash, he still gets the equivalent of over 350k a year.
Do you know of any major exchange companies that pay like this that make less than $1.5 mil revenues and also very importantly (NOT profit) per year?
No...
Amazon (trillion dollar company), Google (trillion dollar company) and Yahoo (billion dollar company) -None of them pay anything near that. They pay 15%-20% locality pay (cost of living allowance) for overseas assignments plus normal salary (which isn't anywhere near $150,000) and a 10-12% bonus of base pay is pretty standard.
$GEQU makes less than $1.5 mil per year and they pay over $300k in salary and benefits to each of their officers. There is a reason they trade where they trade and it starts with the basics.
