I saw the footnote; no need to jump down my throat here. His position is shrinking though:

In 2015, he controlled 1,638,992 (split adjusted) shares, which equated to 10.4%

Even after adding back the 500k shares held in the trust for his children, he controls 1,519,435 shares including his vested options.

That's a decrease of 100k shares, no?
