I was able to fill out the form in a browser - all boxes allowed me to type in or check them except the signature line.
I also downloaded and opened it and was able to fill it out - there's nothing wrong with the form.

So you should be able to fill it out and then print it so you can MAIL it in as I stated.
Maybe try another browser, or just download the form then open it in a pdf app.

Have you not been following what's happened this year with Barton and his cronies being charged with fraud? I don't recall seeing your name here before, so maybe not.

Every PR you read about ANAS was 100% false!

Barton and his lawyer sold 750 million unregistered ANAS shares and they raked in nearly 2 million in profit.

Barton knowingly caused Alternaturals to issue a series of false and misleading press releases concerning the company's purported entry into the medical marijuana industry, while he and Goode simultaneously sold unregistered shares of the company's stock to the public. Barton knew that the press releases were false because he controlled the company (which was located in office space he rented and occupied);and he thus knew that the company had no employees (aside from its nominal CEO) and no actual operations.

And then early this morning I posted news on the MDIN board about the SEC freezing the a-holes' assets yesterday. :-)


They will DEFINITELY be charged criminally - NY can't just allow these crooks to walk free after fleecing thousands of investors out of hundreds of thousands of dollars.
I've made many calls to NY agencies, but of course they can't comment on whether they are pursuing charges, but you can bank on it!
