Some info for you (and others) to chomp on. The form you provided a link for doesn't seem legit as it has not been created very well (I tried to complete the form). I went to the official site and cannot find any form that allows you to report a securities fraud. (I'm sure one exists, I just didn't take the time to find it today.)

I just tried to call phone numbers at both listings showing previous known addresses 1) Premier Mortgage in New Windsor, NY, and 2) Alternaturals, Inc. in Grandville, MI -- both numbers not in service.

I googled the CEO Emmanuel Gyamfi and found a brief Bloomberg profile of his CEO position-not much at all to speak of. Otherwise, there are 99 individuals registered on Linked-in with that name (so good luck trying to find the right one).

Many links found throughout the header on this IH board lead you to their "website", which offers no information on anything to do with products or company operations (unless you are looking for a detox diet - i.e., single blog entry -- not even a mere mention of investors info).

I believe we all have been swindled. Question is, is there a real form for us to all file complaints on? Who will actually file a complaint? Messages and whining on IH don't constitute a formal complaint lol. I purchased 150k shares in March 2014 and it is now worth slightly more than 2 bucks. p.s. I'm no big roller or big investor - small time hopeful, and this post is not meant to be defamatory to any of the posters within.
