I spoke to him in his first year of office when he lied to shareholders about removing the large RSU package then came back and ranmed it through by doing a secondary offering at a 40% discount to the market price days before and changed the proxy date to entice the new investors to vote for the comp package in exchange for getting to buy the stock at a 40% discount (while shareholders at the time saw a 40% haircut in the value of their investment in order to pay Dan bonus comp they felt he had not earned). That was more than enough I needed to know about the ethical character of our CEO.
