You may want to check the price history( a time line of 18 month history if you want) of Adeptus (ADPT) and how they went from a $100+ pps to $1.xx - thanks to ultra bad management decision that reduced cash flow to a trickle. By the way, the CEO who made that decision walked away with $100 million when he cashed his 1 million shares he got when they went public 2 years back.
