Maybe the Journal was informed that Viabecline is a clone of the 2012 Edison Award Winner Diabecline, and pulled their offer?

Otiko knows diabetes. His OK State Thesis was centered on it.

The question I would like answered is why this doctor continues to pump future products that are based on a patent-pending transdermal delivery system he does not hold rights on. He was given rights to manufacture and distribute Viabecline, which is based on this system. Did Phillips give Otiko rights to use the system for other products?

The answer needs to be in the Annual Report.
