There are so many infringes that haven't even been named yet, plus a huge demand for the technology at all public and private levels.

I'm not one to over react or cheer too loudly, but this is feeling like something massive.

The microsoft settlement is a major canary in the coal mine. The patent portfolio, and the infringement inherent in using the tech, was validated. Flood gates.

This portfolio is conservatively worth billions (plural) through enforcement agreements, licensing and new provider deals and mergers.
