No prob... an agreement and a finalized deal are two separate things with one common goal...agrement ....is like a handshake and terms being given and negotiated... a finalized deal is paper work being signed and money being exchanged. Prolly more than I know of but I'm sure alot happens to get from a to b.
All the mergers that I have ever seen come across as aqusutions on fidelity news for me personally...
When it is final imo we will see an introduction from Redman and Onc. In the form of 8K / 10K something of the sort.
The paperwork u see and links on here is really good DD from experienced traders. It shows me personally that purchase is moving forward that they can find paperwork like what u see in links..
An agreement can end at any time...final is final though...now we have to sit and wait to see if Onc. will reverse split on aqusution..hopefully they mention it in their finalized perchase 8k paperwork and say they will not...either thurs..fri..at any given time.
