Romi Randhawa's LinkedIn Profile;

"Romi established HPM Inc., in 1994. The goal was to provide services for mid-market customers in the Commercial and Enterprise space. As the company grew, it incorporated hardware enterprise solutions from various OEM’s. While HPM held a strong footprint in the Bay Area, it also provided service to clients across the United States. Over the years, HPM has developed valuable relationships with HP and other OEM’s. Romi served as president of the HP SMB council from 2010 to 2012, providing key information for joint go-to-market strategy in the emerging space.

Anticipating the marketplace’s shift towards cloud computing – Romi went looking for a partner who could help deliver the cloud platform needed for this dynamic change in technology. CANCOM, a leading cloud transformation partner based out of Germany, proved to be a perfect fit. CANCOM was looking for a platform company in Silicon Valley to launch their private cloud solution. In February of 2014, HPM Networks became a wholly owned subsidiary of CANCOM.

After the successful merger with CANCOM, Romi stayed on as CEO of the newly formed company, focusing on Integral system Integration, while leading the company's strategy as a key cloud transformation partner for its customers. In September of 2016, Romi left CANCOM to pursue other interests.

Prior to establishing HPM, Romi spent four years as a sales executive with MicroAge Computers. He also served four years in the U.S. Marines as a data analyst."

According to this artcile, HPM Networks was doing $270 Million/year in sales http://www.crn.com/news/cloud/300071913/german-tech-giant-buys-hpm-networks-to-launch-u-s-midmarket-cloud-offensive.htm
