understood,but when last year's financials do come out we're still in the dark,that's my point.they won't prove anything because we already know that the numbers will be "toast"
I'm curious about this. How can other companies example mjn& get away with staying pink and they never report through the sec do they? They have "alternate" reporting and don't file with sec? They have no problem staying pink, maybe I'm completely confused here, but is there a difference, and can you tell me what it is?
