the only reason we need to see the 2016 filing because seeing the financials is pointless,at this juncture.there are no surprises

When a company with registered stock stops filing they are contravening securities regulations. All it takes is the SEC going to a tribunal and POOF, suspended and down to the greys. Outside that it is pretty much the worst thing a company can do, it tells you plainly that they are toast.
