Today's filing was just house cleaning.
No one expect the Q to be a Earth shattering so why not kick it down the road a few weeks?
What's it going to say? The T/A keeps the World informed of the obvious.

However I think they dropped the NT so as not to dilute tomorrow's awesome news.

20mm shares dumped in March wasn't for traveling.
I think they worked a deal to buy the product line.
