Despite sells > buys the 3-4 base has held. Sellers are drying up and the very low SS appears to be being accumulated.

The company recently updated their website and has been consistent with Q updates, even filing the late notice.
The annual, out within a week now, based on history, is anticipated (IMO) to show positive revs--> primed. $ELED
