I just completed a Malwarebytes scan and it did not remove my CCleaner.

I updated CCleaner prior to scan because it was an old version that did not work on my Windows 10 pc.


I have heard of a fake CCleaner, hopefully you didn't install one of those.

Also ASC and MB are at odds with each other, MB in the past accused ASC of stealing database (previous posting).

Are using the free version? If so, you can try reinstalling those two programs again, run the mlb scan again and if I'm recalling correctly, bring up the results before doing anything and UNCHECK those two programs before finalizing mlb. I think mlb will leave those alone from then on. I have done this in my free version.

Sorry if anyone else has already said this.

And to Cush, yea that still sounded weird. I'll have to go to mlb and download a fresh version myself.
