We COULD, but since the last thing they filed with the SEC was an NT10-K for the 2015 financials, there isn't really a need as they are already out of compliance and filing an additional NT10-K for 2016 isn't going to remove the stop sign on OTCMarkets.
I don't think we will see anything until they are ready to release the 2015 10-K, three 2016 10-Q reports and the 2016 10-K. That's alot of financial statements to put together, especially when the current management wasn't there for most of the filings.
