The last R/S was well over a year ago! In Feb. Mark Kay stated none needed in the foreseeable future due to increasing revenues. The MAJOR difference between now & then was back then there was hope of a quick settlement. Now the reality is ACS got a contract with a major defense company using SFOR's IP. Don't believe me. Please review the sticky webcast. Slide 15 verbiage and the concluding remarks on the last slide showing the three SFOR patents being used by ACS says it all.
