Once again Mark is not saying anything about it. He's letting everybody speculate about a large contract for ACS that may have nothing to do with SFOR.
A subcontractor/supplier like SFOR getting their foot in the Pentagon's door is like a kid showing up with a new kind of toy in the neighborhood. If it works well the other kids (services components) want it to. I saw this happen in my military career.
