Someday, some year, if the USPTO ever publishes a non-provisional application in the name of Chris Otiko, we will have something to talk about.

Until then, Otiko has a non-exclusive license from Phillips.

If this doctor filed a provisional patent, the idea / technology requested for protection should be exclusive.
