Very interesting...so you have spoken with Ed, what is your opinion of him? Is he just an honest man struggling to get a company off the ground floor or is he really as some say, a dirty scoundrel trying to rip off whomever he can?
Ed did say he is going to sell shares directly to investors at a discount to the current market price which will grow the share structure, I hope he doesn't go overboard with this.
