My understanding is that with the Reg A, it does not have to be dilution of shares. I think funds raised can be compartmentalized. What I mean is to pay back the investors for specific films, the profits from the specific films will be used to pay those investors back. That i what I understand. I may be wrong, but that is what it sounds like to me.

If I am right, that should not affect S/S.

I think he is working to not ever have to take the A/S over the 2.5B it is now.
