Thanks RD, however 3.1.3.4.3 holds good only when ACS make a sale. If the sale is made by SFOR, % #'s will change. In either scenerio, SFOR is a winner and as I said, Kay is not stupid, he knows what he is doing.

Also, don't forget that SFOR is coming up with several new mobile security products in mobile space & SFOR will own a perpetual right to sell GuardedID to at least the retail channel even when it is sold. (Bring on the big retail push)
