Last year was a leap year so 90 days from the 31st was march 30th, the NT is due one day after the formal 10K due date. So this year an NT is due april 3

Agree! But the filling late NT 10-K on March 2016 that mean they have 15 days due to filling 10-K in April 17, 2016 where is that? I don't see anything they filling in April 2016?????
