I think you are reading this correctly. My guess is that 12 million dollar buyout is about to become a reality. This stock price should go crazy in the next few weeks. My guess is that since they released that information they are done with converting the debt and that's what was seen the past few weeks causing the stock price to decline.

Not sure how many shares were issued, but the filing of paperwork, cleaning up to continue to go forward, that's definitely something positive
