It was a secret. Which means it isn't anymore. Usually when dilution happens it isn't updated in the SS until after they are sold. At least that's what I can assume based on DD that I have done in the past and communicating with the TAs.
My guess is those shares already hit the last few weeks. Should be see a good run now.
