OK in all fairness TPG Group still has 300 million shares THAT WERE CONVERTED TO NEWCO SHARES ? AND AS MANY as 300 MILL of the MARKERS.......... hope thats better but I thunk you KNEW EXACTLY WHAT I MEANT ANYWAY

1.2 bill shares of the co elected to participate and THEN RECEIVED their pro rata position of NEWCO, which IS THE NUMBER YOU'RE SHOWING...


SO YES they HELD or one of their group HELD ONTO 300 mill Q's which were converted at whatever rate Q's were converted at

WMI had 900 mill before Bonderman came, then it moved to 1.7 BILL

SO you tell me if they all left, IF THEY HAD there would have only been 900 mill that did the conversion, NUMBERS DON'T LIE PARD

I always told all here,UNTIL YOU CAN SHOW ME A FORM 4 FILED BY TPG, I say they held their shares,Ya KNOW LIKE A HEDGE WOULD DO JUSTINCASE, and probably EXACTLY WHY we aint heard a fking peep out of him too!!!!!!!!!
