Because I'm my opinion he is now too far into the deep end of the pool. He's been biding time with his newsletter BS, but as DRT pointed out over a year ago - we still don't know if the really even made $4M in the KC promo.
If they really did make $4M, the investigators will love to read the PR's he sent out stringing shareholders along, keeping them feeling like he's really working on something big. They will follow wherever the money trail leads to figure out what he was up to?
