The same way Theranos operated in Walgreens for awhile until the pseudotech finally was uncovered by the FDA and a WSJ reporter. The same way that LOCH/CDEX placed gizmos with the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a Puget Sound county, a bunch of realtors, and even the US Navy - before the gizmos were found to give totally erroneous and unreliable results and the LOCH/CDEX scheme fell apart.

That's how these pseudotech pennyscams roll - they tout baloney gizmos and place them to gett anecdotes and claim they are selling - to try to legitimize them until someone or some government agency unmasks the baloney - and then it all falls apart.

Really, Theranos is an example of such a scam run by a Stanford Ch.E. dropout - Elizabeth Holmes. She fooled a lott of people for awhile - until the gizmos were shown nott to work by the Wall Street Journal and the FDA and Medicare (CMS).

Study those examples - LOCH/CDEX and Theranos (a private company that will never become public - it will go extinct) and you will gett a flavor for how these pseudotech scams like MYDX operate.

The products function, its just that they don't perform a advertised. It can't detect cannabinoids directly so it takes an average of some lab tests on file.
Problem is the methodology is laughable. You can put cannabis, hops, grass clippings or dogshit in the sample tray and the device returns 15 to 20% THC.

The company has a single patent application and no other IP. very little fundamental worth.
