that is complete and total nonsense. as an sec registered company, this scam is required to comply with sec regulations by filing quarterly and annual reports. if you folks are having a tough time understanding that, you merely have to look at the hundreds of companies that trade or traded on the over the counter market (pink sheets) that were suspended for delinquent filings. don't believe me? check the following link for the list.
