Vicente is paid off, and early. All the garbage has been taken out, and responsible people are now running the co.

This company wasn't destroyed on a dime, why should anyone expect it to heal on a dime ?

As far as the annual meeting, my guess is it was postponed because of on going negotiations, we all know they were just terminated.
