Me too, except for the fact that you can add one more Ferris lie to his list over the years. It would not surprise me if neither happened.

Except that the majority of acquisitions don't work out the way intended because purchase price is too high, expected cost savings don't materialize, or the purchased company doesn't perform as well as thought. I'd rather Virtra use cash for R&D to expand their product line or buy back shares for retirement.
