I found the discussion on Aurora's iHub board. Their company does seem to fit the description outlined in the LOI press release. I'll be keeping tabs on the conversation developing over there.
I don't think it would be an acquisition.... No revenues and only patents have been applied for. I thnk it would be a distribution or licensing agreement which will still be HUGE! I hope this is the case... Been holding my shares strong.
