I am not following you. What was the BLM scam in the first place? I don't recall them from earlier filings, do you?

I doubt MYDX is debt free at all, the recent 8-K pertained to current toxic debt obligations only, and says nothing about any more recent financing arrangements.

Awaiting the 10-K for clarification on these matters.
