I don't think they would know how "nominal" the fee is. No one has financials yet. They only know what rich has told them. Maybe he disclosed how much everything costs to IR but I kinda doubt it.

Personally I'm not worried about how much they get to be the importer. Rich has hired people specifically for the stock and hasn't been diluting shares up to this point. I have confidence that they will continue to work hard for everyone's best interest. They have a solid winner here and have no need to try and scam people to make a quick buck.

Do you have a screen shot to post of this email??
Remember, if you don't have a screen shot, it didn't happen.
That's what everyone kept saying and insisting from me anyway.

Ryan states- United Spirits LLC. What about United Spirits, Inc?? How many companies does Rich have that are diverting funds from the whole deal?? Check out the bottom of teh Bellissima website. It clearly states there that it is imported by UNited Spirits, Inc. So what the heck is this LLC Rich has??

The designation “LLC” stands for “limited liability company,” which is a form of business entity that is similar in some ways to a corporation, but is separate and distinct from a corporation. The designation “Inc.” stands for “incorporated” and is used solely to identify a corporation. Every state has laws regarding the formation of an LLC, and these laws include specific requirements regarding the words and designations that can legally be included as part of the name for a LLC. No state allows an LLC to use the designation "Inc."
