Awesome ICNB update that is the best IR update we have seen in a long time. Lot's of major ICNB news is coming. I do not feel sorry for anyone who has been selling me cheap ICNB shares weekly for many weeks now.

I sent a couple request for the map to be updated. I was told it should be

Yes that is correct. ICNB owns 51% of Bellissima with the intent to acquire
the remaining 49%. There isn't much more that I can say besides the fact
they are working to get it done asap. I anticipate we get an update on this
situation on the next PR.
The company does plan on up listing but there is no timeline in place right
now. We will update shareholders on the situation as more information
becomes available.
The deal in the works with the debt holders should be completed anytime
now. It is a very favourable deal for ICNB. Full details will come out once
it is officially completed. Sorry I couldn't provide as many details as you
would have liked as there is a limit to the non public info I can disclose.

I can vouch this email is legit because I received a reply from Ryan today in the same verbiage regarding my uplisting question.

Guys there is NO dilution. FYI, I have watched stocks with massive dilution trading on LEVEL 2...Its brutal...you just keep seeing buys hitting the ask...but the ask never gets taken out..sometimes millions of shares...lots of times they are hidden...so you see 10,00 offered on the ask at lets say .016...you put in an order for 100k at .016..you get all the shares you wanted..but still those 10k shares sit at .016 ..you can then go and put an order in for 500k at .016..and they all fill ....price does not go up.. thats dilution...definitely none of that happening here.

I see people putting bids up below the ask...and after a few minutes some guy comes in and takes them out...profit takers..thats all.

Guys..some thoughts..FORGET ABOUT UP-LISTINGS...FORGET ABOUT BUYOUTS.......

That is VERY long term stuff...right now can we all keep our eye on the ball ?


We need to hope we get some nice earnings projections for 2017

....hope we get updated news on the additional states we have added but were not announced.. how many states are shipping ?

how many and what states are back ordered ?

do we have ample supply of bellisima sitting in warehouses ready to go ?

can we make another production run? or have to wait for more grape harvests ?

which of the 3 varieties we have is selling the best ?

which distributors are re-ordering and in what quantity? are they re-orders or initial orders?

how often are distributors re-ordering after their initial orders?

and the deal with California etc... bevmo clarifcations etc

and any new deals? with the likes of a trader joes etc?


also, the situation with the debt-holders, and potential time frames to go fully national, and time-frames to get some international distribution in place..and start naming countries...

plans for the website.....

plans for how we will be promoted by the company and circadian..

maybe get some case sale estimates for 2017....maybe even for 2018..if we are so lucky..

maybe when we get cash flow positive , etc etc..

and BIGGIE, WHEN WILL WE OWN 100% OF BELLISIMA ?



this is ALL we should care about...

Drives me nuts seeing buyout talks...and uplisting talks...its just not something that a company focuses on right now..they are surely not trying to sell themselves..they are just getting going. the value comes later...its too soon for all of that stuff..I go nuts looking at the same questions over that have zero relevance to what we are doing here..and what could be REAONABLY expected
