Cincy1: I'm guessing the PR came out because Q4 will not live up to expectations, they're supporting the share price with the price of a PR (better than a buyback, IMO, for a small, growing company). Q4 miss could have to do with the election and possibly the US government putting some things on hold. Regardless, FY2016 will show continuing growing revenue/profits and Q1 looks to continue that trend. Webcast/CC or whatever you want to call it will provide more info.
