Now PRmaniac, we have gone over this before. FINRA can only report PYCT short shares that they can be seen by them. Naked short selling is illegal and cannot be seen. The proof is that MMs have been charged and fined for NSS in the past. There are plenty of documentation to prove the problem is systemic in wall street.
