It was all based on PEG factors. Some will claim average for tech industry is anywhere from 9-16x

So take revenue. Call it 40 million multiply by PEG factor, call it 7 (being realistic) = 280 million


Take that number and divided by share count 1.8 billion

so 40 mil * 7 / 1.8 billion = .15 pps


This is basically how it goes.

Yes and as someone just said, there are other factors involved such as overhead cost, future growth, growth rate. etc.
