It doesn't matter, there is always a buyer for every seller. Who is buying the stock on the other side of the short? Surely not retail shareholders. Warren Buffet said be greedy when others are fearful. If it drops to $0.07, I will double down again.
I wish I could validate that number but truth be told (and we all know how much I love the truth, lol, sorry, I digress) I got that number from a docket that Stephen Miller filed on March 20th. I'll provide the link below. He states this on the very first line on page 3. If he's providing false information to the courts then he's stupid and committing court suicide and can be held in contempt if the Judge so chooses. I would hope he's not that stupid lol.
