It doesn't really matter, we all know that Red Oak investing in CBAI and taking over the BOD was a good thing.

And I accept their explanation as to why a deal wasn't done as of today...

We never know what is going on behind closed doors, but I'm confident that Red Oak will act in the best interest of the shareholders. Red Oak holding 381 ml commons pretty much insures that..and their history with other investments bodes well also.

Penny stock share prices often get ahead of themselves concerning valuations, in fact it's very common. That happened here also, due to the speculation that a buyout would be .01 or more. The CCEL buys were also a catalyst.

Customers are still signing up, as evidenced by the recurring rev increase. Debt is being paid off, and there been no dilution for yrs. I surely wouldn't advise anyone shorting this in the near future....
